About Us

Find You Path Academy was created to help you and your children have the resources, ability, motivation, and environment to grow into your unique potential by working on these 4 Pillars:

  1. Servant Leadership
  2. Nature Studies (Permaculture)
  3. Entrepreneurship
  4. Humanitarian Work

The 4 Pillars:

1. Servant Leadership:

  • You will study patterns and principles in the lives of great leaders and classic books.
  • Through transformational activities at the ropes course, you will learn teamwork, resiliency, and confidence as you practice challenging yourself out of your comfort zone.
  • You will move through the Warrior Journey Program to:
    • Establish systems and habits in your life that allow you to make and keep inspired goals
    • Get the motivating power to work hard, learn, and grow.
    • Get on and stay on the path to your personal potential.

2. Nature Studies:

You will use the 12 principles of permaculture to design and grow a garden area that uses systems and patterns to create permanent positive change in our world and in our lives as a team at our school farm. In doing this you will learn:

  • Self Sufficiency Skills
  • Principles of nature that teach you how to grow your character and your impact without wasting energy, time, or resources.
  • Principles of Growth and Abundance
  • Designing with intention (whether in a garden area, a farm, a buisness, or your daily studies!)

3. Entrepreneurship:

Through entrepreneurship mentoring, simulations, and activities, you will:

  • Use your Business Planner to create and grow your personal or family business.
  • Discover your gifts and how to use them to help with the problems you see.
  • Grow your resources and impact so you can use your gifts for good.
  • Be mentored through the steps of starting and growing a buisness
  • Network with other youth to help each other succeed.

4. Humanitarian Work:

By serving others through community projects and service trips, you will:

  • Come to love people of all races, backgrounds, and cultures.
  • Gain a desire to reach outside yourself to serve those in need.
  • Become aware of ways your gifts, ideas, opportunities and resources can bless others.
  • Learn to raise funds for a cause you care about through fundraising events and activities. (To learn more about our nonprofit work and vision, visit our outreach page)

Community:

Would you like your kids to be a part of a community that will help them be:

  • More confident in who they are?
  • Self-motivated learners?
  • Hard-working leaders who see needs in the world and choose to help?
  • Consistent in setting and reaching inspired physical, mental, social, environment, emotional, and impact goals?
  • Creative problem solvers who are prepared for what’s ahead and can help prepare others?
  • Aware of their unique gifts and ready for the work they’ll feel called to do throughout life?
  • Courageous enough to step out of their comfort zone for a cause they believe in?
